Re: point rental liquidators (by Boobie R.):

To johnm2748, First of all, Lisa "The Customer Dispute Coordinator at R&R Venture Group" is just a office worker that answers the phones. The Illinois Attorney General office is working with the Wisconsin Attorney General on the same case. R&R Venture Group does not and ever have had a legal department. The Nelson Law offices are and very small firm that will take work from any one. Believe me, they know everything is NOT in order. PLEASE respond back ASAP. They don't have a leg to stand on. On August 15th, if you don't have your check from R&R Venture Group or EPS - Excess Property Solutions that is "Services not Rendered". Your phone read "RCI" when they called to have you come to the meeting. They misled you from the gate. Filing with the Illinois Attorney General office is a GREAT thing, they are very aware of what has been going in their backyard and they don't like it. GOOD FOR YOU. Good luck to you and we all wish you the best. ps: I went to www.nelsonlawlv.com , what a joke, any two year old could make a website like that, WHAT A JOKE.

I received word back from the Illinois Attorney General today. They sent my complaint on to R&R Venture Group. As I stated on this post earlier, I got a call from the customer dispute coordinator at R&R Venture Group (Lisa) telling me that they were sending my file to the "large" legal department for further action. This "large legal department" has responded to the Illinois Attorney General on Nelson Law stationary which says: "We represent R&R Venture Group, an entity which handles outsourced sales and marketing by various companies. We have reviewed the agreement signed by Mr. _________ and everything appears to be in order. Should you need additional information, do not hesitate to contact the undersigned." Sharon L. Nelson.

The website of Nelson Law is www.nelsonlawlv.com. Take a look at their website. So much for the "large legal department".

I now have 10 days to respond to the Illinois Attorney General or my case will be closed. I will be sending them all of the things I have found out about my "contract", what R&R Venture Group has done to the contract by canceling my "lifetime" membership with EPS, the company that is supposed to pay me $12,000 on August 15, 2013, but now cannot do that because my "lifetime" membership has been cancelled, and the information about RCI's law suit against R&R, EPS, and VSI. I will also include all of the pertinent materials from this site, and my complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. Let's see what happens then.
