Actually, that was not the one that was sued. From the March 7 and 21, 2013 AP article: "The companies listed in the lawsuits are A1 Marketing Unlimited, Access Travel Network, Inc., International Timeshare Exchange/Network and Travel Buy Owner/CFL Ventures."
