Re: Timeshare Sell Scams (by Jason D.):
I just recieved a call from The Professional Advocate based out of Florida. A woman by the name of Jasmine, tried persuading me to pay a fee of $360 to recieve money back from fraudulent companies that had scammed me in the past. How she knew or obtained the information is beyond me. she guaranteed that when I pay, I will receive a packet in the mail regarding all this information of The Professional Advocate, what they are about and so on so forth. She claimed that her company would be able to go after these companies and award me my missing money plus interest basically upon what I paid them. I asked her to send me information first in the mail and she claimed she cannot until I pay the fee of $360. I told her I wouldn't be able to pay anything until August 15th. she gave me the website to their company to look at which is www.theproadvocate.com Another company lastyear tried giving me the same gimmick. I almost fell for it if it weren't for my fiancé stopping me after she did research on this certain company which was supposedly based out of Kentucky that wanted me to send money to a bank in California. Knowing that I shouldn't fall for a scam that requires paying a high fee of $360, I will pull out while I am still ahead.

They claim to go after companies who take your money to rent or sale your timeshare but never do anything for you . They charge $275 , but they say they make the companies that they are going after pay you back the fee so you are really out no money. i need to kno if anyone else has had any dealing with them are they legit. thanks
