I love reading these post and I agree with them 100%. In fact I don't think attorneys should charge retainers, I don't that fast food places should take your money BEFORE giving you your food, I don't think Amazon or Ebay should make you pay before you get what you ordered so I agree with all of those who don't think they should pay up front. I just wish they would expand their concern about paying up front to include all companies that charge an up front fee. Why just limit it to one or two or a few? Why is that?
