Ok...by me (by Robert W.):

I make a post and get accused of being a 'shill' because I paid a company, read the ONE page #10 type font, signed the contract, received what they said (which had a refund policy) and followed the instructions. (sorry donp196 thinks 1 page is a lot of paperwork - he probaby thinks one paragraph is an entire book). Didn't expect them to '' DO '' anything for me because they were quite up front that they were not a law firm, government agency, collection agency and did not provide a service. (reading it off my ONE PAGE agreement) I paid them for more information letters and sent them out. Did I get money the second time ....NO!!!!..... My attorney wanted $300 PER HOUR and would not make me any guarantee either. But I got exacty what I paid for, nothing more and nothing less. It might work for some but second time did not work for me but that does not mean the company is wrong or bad. So Mr. donp196 it is better to keep your mouth closed and let people that you are stupid than open it and remove all doubt. You either don't know what your talking about or you were a customer that did not get the result you wanted so you blame the company. I accept the responsiblity of making an additional purchase and not getting the result I wanted so all I can say to those asking questions....do your own research and make your own decisions. What happened to one does not mean it will happen to you....either way. I won't pay again but I am thankful I did the first time.
