Has anyone dealt with Pacific Transfer inc. or selltimeshare.org ? (by Norma T.):
I am having a hard time getting in touch with them, as they do not return phone calls and never answer their phones. They wanted me to sign and notarize Warrnty Deeds for myself and my 3 children, but keep sending the wrong addresses for all 3. I advised them a month ago that the paper work was wrong, but they still sent another packet with the wrong information. I am at the end of my patience and am thinking about reporting them to the Attorney General of CA! I can still recover the money, but time is running out, which is why they probably stall for time.

I've been dealing with them for, going on 2 years and I'm still having issues with them.I had 2 timeshares I was working with them to get rid of and to my surprize when it came time for the final step to be proccessed I was told it was to late and that they couldn't take control of the property. When I asked to speak with someone is management they were always unavailable, and they never called me back. I guess I should've expected such "shoddy" management considering the quality of service I got from the rep who was working my file. Or should I say "lack" of service. Anyway, here it is almost 1.5 yrs later and they actually had the nerve to send me a letter saing I had to pay fees in excess of $6k before they could take the property.
There's got to be some legal way to deal with these folks, any ideas??
