I am interested in buying a time share and have been offered one at a Spinnaker resort on Hilton Head. They are offering a floating week, which I have been told is usable at any time of the year, at any of their resorts. In addition, they have stated that I will be able to exchange the Interval packages without any issues. I have a couple questions:

1. A floating week would seem like an advantage, what are the drawbacks? 2. Is Hilton Head, SC really considered a “premium” destination in the U.S.? 3. Are there issues I can expect to deal with when it comes to exchanging my week with Interval? 4. Is there anything specific to Spinnaker I should be concerned about? Thanks.
