They are offering a floating week, which I have been told is usable at any time of the year, at any of their resorts. In addition, they have stated that I will be able to exchange the Interval packages without any issues. I have a couple questions:1. A floating week would seem like an advantage, what are the drawbacks?
As Don said, don't buy from a developer ..... you can buy a resale for pennies on the dollar of what a developer charges. Concerning floating weeks, when you own a floating week you must make your reservation well in advance of your vacation .... if you wait until the last minute there may not be anything available.

Yes, Hilton Head is a premium vacation destination.
Quote:3. Are there issues I can expect to deal with when it comes to exchanging my week with Interval?
Exchanging is a crap shoot .... you would have to deposit your week then choose an exchange as early as possible.
Quote:4. Is there anything specific to Spinnaker I should be concerned about? Thanks.
I don't really know the Spinnaker product personally, but from what I've read it's a good product, HOWEVER, don't buy from a developer .... look for a resale.
