Ok. Our down payment was made through the cc company they offer (visa) the other payment was going to be a direct deposit to their Bank of America acct. 11 days after signing the contract we tried to cancel and they said no. They referred to the contract under Costa Rican law... But I found under the same law that I have 30 warranty... So I told the cc to cancel the transaction because we found out it was a scam and we had 30 days. They tried to contact their company here in the US and they never called the cc back. So they just contact me saying that they were returning the money to my cc... Actually I never had to pay the bill because it was due for September 2... And I'm not sending any direct deposit as well... I don't know what they are gonna do... After the denial they are trying to contact me offering different payment plan but I'm not answering phone calls...
