Some will if your timeshare has huge resale value. But if it has great resale value, sell it yourself and keep the money. If you're feeling very charitable, then donate some of the money from the sale to your favorite charity. You'll be able to get a tax write-off for that.

If your timeshare, like 90% of the timeshare units out there, have little or no resale value, then try giving it away using RedWeek's Bargain Basement section.
