We have had a good relationship with red week and its owners for about 5 years but last year we did not get what was agreed on from J.K. Luxury vacations . They said they had a 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo at cherry grove towers at the grove that sleeps 8. When we called down there they said that it was a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 (there was 7 of us). We called the people at J.K. Luxury vacations but they did care that they lied to us . We also found out that they were not the owners but they were hired by the owners to rent the condo for them. We talked to the owners who didn't care either. We notified red week who offered no help not sure that we trust red week when they allow renters to misrepresent themselves and lie about what they have.
