I am not a timeshare owner, but if I was, I would NEVER put my timeshare in Preston Green's hands! My husband and I usually like to rent timeshares, and every time I have come across a listing under his name and made an inquiry, he never gets back to me. The people who have listed with him, would be much better off listing privately. They have no idea that their listings are sitting on those websites getting no response from him. When I see his name come up on a listing, I don't even waste my time making an inquiry anymore. As well, he generally charges double what private renters are charging, which also makes those listings undesireable. I have stayed in regular 5 star hotels for much less a night than what he lists his rentals for.
