How did you find out about them. Did they call you totally unexpectedly? Very few legitimate timeshare companies will do so. Most of the scams out their usually originate with an unexpected telemarketing call.

As for this "escrow" angle, that's something scam artists use to fool you. Their company and this company are either one and the same or are in cahoots with each other.

Besides, if they are supposedly buying a timeshare from you, why would you have to put money into escrow?
