I just found this website and string. We are also victims of Belaire. We are confused about the two class actions. Are the parties named different? After years of receiving bogus offers of help, we are somewhat skeptical that this is the real thing. If it is, we will gladly join one. Or both actions. What day was the notice of the arrests published. I could not find mention of it going back to early October in the publication referred to.
