Pam, we also received a call from this company. We had our attorney look at the "offer" which is not really an offer. I emailed back some changes we wanted, such as our choice of escrow companies, and simultaneous closing and transfer of contract. In the meantime I checked the BBB, they do not have the company listed. I checked both the Denver police and State's Attorney General websites for any fraud information - nothing there. I still had an inkling that this is a scam, so I checked Google Earth for the address listed on the documents. No surprise, it's a vacant lot.
