Nicks131, How far are you with this? We are also taking this offer as far as we can until it turns into scam. According our timeshare company (Vida), if this is a scam, at some point they will ask you to pay off contract obligations through them and/or their escrow company, for which they will "reimburse you." This is the scam part. Vida suggests that, as with any legitimate transaction, the contract obligations should be paid directly to timeshare company and should come out of sale proceeds.
