Thanks for the message Marilyn - yes I am in the same basket as you. Just treading along. However, I thought to share to the crowd the fact that the sales pitch is very non-aggressive - stating that their role is to match their corporate buyer with sellers so the corporate can realize tax savings in the NAFTA agreement. Not exactly sure how that applies, but apparently they can make an investment, then leverage it in their business and take very generous tax savings. Not sure if these are loophole-style selling tools or as you said just a chance to hold some money in escrow then dash.
