We recommend to stay away from them. There is not a single piece of evidence that shows they are legit. They offered to buy our timeshare at an inflated price. Said that their "buyer" uses it for tax write offs and other things. They are NOT registered to do business with Colorado state and the BBB told me that is one of the first things any legitimate business needs to do. The escrow office in Kentucky was a vacant lot. My husband told them we would only work with them if all money transfers were handled according to our requirements which would guarantee honesty on both ends. We never heard from them again.
