In case there is still confusion, as of this date (actually earlier but we'll use today) Rodrigo is no longer with the law firm. However, the class action is still in progress with the law firm he represented in Guadalajara. As for the criminal charges, the slime bag Copela has been charged with the fraud, paid the bail and is out, but back scamming at Hotel Cinco @ Hotel "Sinkhole" Punta Mita, Nayarit. It's a different state than Jalisco where he is charged so he may or may not be breaking his bail conditions but regardless he is still ripping people off. Do you feel good about that? I don't.
