Owners stay away from this gentleman and cheapscates like him, who do not respect the fact that owners have the right to set their prices how they see fit. This man simply wanted to argue during the holidays which we were not willing to do with him so he threatened us because we refused to play his insulting and rude game.
He is likely one not willing to pay the market rate for any given week based on the owners of that unit. He refused to listen to how the market works and was very combative. And we were never even able to give him a quote, which as everyone knows, we can't be beat.
We have access to many more owners and unit than what are posted on RedWeek. There is only a drop in the bucket posted here. This the kind of renter the says "checks in the mail" and stiffs you by taking another unit from another owner for $50 less and doen't even give you a ciurtesy call to let you know he is going back on his word. We all know the type, they are not honorable. Stay away from this guy. And our attorneys have been made aware of his threats.
