If you do decide to buy then buy on the resale market to save thousands of dollars, but be aware that exchanging is a crap shoot.

Timeshare ownership is beneficial to many people, but you should research the ins and outs of ownership and know the trading power of what you own.

As don stated .... it's much easier to buy a timeshare than to sell a timeshare when that time comes.

Have you researched the rental market here on Redweek and other timeshare rental sites to compare rental rates?
