Just an FYI, you will not have your name on the reservation log until the day of your reservation. That was one of my complaints and cause for angst since nothing can be verified independently and you have to take the word of VHO. Unfortunately for me I could not verify until I got to the resort and the room that we had agreed on was not available. I did get a room, but it was an island view even though my contract stated ocean view.
