Manhattan Club uses the TMC yahoogroup owners' correspondence as their Exhibit at the law suite. It is amazing, isn't it ?! ( Exhibit 20, could be accessed at: https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=9lR0PlC4N_PLUS_v1j3t1bzvHdQ==&system=prod).

I thought emails are not accepted by the court.

In the meantime, when the case is publicly exposed, may the owners cc their AG letters to the Judge as well? Would it help to make the case stronger?
