TMC does not care for the rooms availability for the owners. They want our payments and mortgages to multiply the MC loans. Looking closely, the MC is a bank for loans on the first place, the hotel on the second, the Condo on the third, and the TMC on the fourth. Whatever left goes to the TMC.
