TMC is marketing the stay a night, get free tickets, etc. at a booth in an outdoor market located at the corner of 48th and 8th or thereabouts.

The judge in the Manhattan Club timeshare scam is allowing the case to go forward. Atty. Blau can now get documents from TMC to gauge the extent of the TMC timeshare scam.
