Marriott Vacation Club is being sued in a proposed class action suit by weeks owners. A person named Salvatore Desantis of New Jersey is suing for loss of value when Marriott switched to the point system. The lawsuit is in Federal Court in Orlando Florida before Judge Gregory A. Presnell. It was reported in the Orlando Sentinel.
