Irene, The Manhattan Club is wired in politically in New York. I do not believe an attorney would take this case on a contingency basis. My own lawyer got me out of my Manhattan Club ownership successfully a year ago. But she required 50 percent up front. That is quite standard. Butif she did not feel confident she could maneuver me out, she would not have represented me. She has gotten other owners out, but never represented the entire class of owners.
