It's paid for. I'd hate to think that I spent 7600 $ with no poss of any return onmy money. Sellmytimeshare.com said I could get 6-7 k out of it if I give very them 1200 upfront. I would think that someone would want it to add to their pueblo bonito points. I am going to try to sell it through someone that doesn't charge upfront fees, although it's real hard to get a hold of anyone In this game
