I just became a redweek member and saw this post. My husband and I were suckered into buying Manhattan Club 10 years and have watched our maintenance rise fro $500 to $1200 annually while never being able to get a reservation. We would love to default but don't want to wreck our credit rating. Can you tell me what became of your lawsuit? I'm sure it's too late to join, but I hope you got some satisfaction.
