Hey Chris, my recommendation is to contact the plaintiff attorney, Stephen blau, and decide for yourself what you think is going on. I am an independent voice providing information about what I have learned. I am also a timeshare owner, so I am naturally an advocate for owners. From what I understand, Blau is also an owner at Manhattan Club, so he probably understands the issues extremely well. In any case, stay active. Good things happen when people participate.
