Thanks Jeff. Understand the precedent of the case for New York owners. Will follow the class action suit and hope the outcome is for the NY owners so us outside of NY owners can start our case. Thanks everyone in this forum for so much information and help....truly appreciated! I'm hoping to call in to Lynn O'donnell to see if there is any more buy back options for owners from TMC and what they are. Will post the outcome.
