Re: anyone been to this resort? (by Lisa I.):

Randy is the one that took us for $30,000- and sadly we paid cash. I just came across this- not sure of the date it was published- will post excerpts from article as well as the URL

It truly sickens me. How do they get away with it? How do they sleep at night?

Article: Two New Sales Specialists Join Residence Club Sales Team Four Seasons Residence Club Costa Rica is pleased to welcome two new Sales Specialists to our team. Richard Skolrood and Randy McIntyre have numerous years of combined experience in the residential real estate business, in addition to familiarity with the luxury resort market and the country of Costa Rica. Like Richard, Randy McIntyre is likewise impressed by the quality and service of Four Seasons, as well as the beauty of the actual buildings and how well it blends with the surrounding environment. “Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen,” he notes, “and everyone should have a chance to experience it like I have.”

A native of New Orleans, Randy most recently lived in Florida, where he sold resort and residential real estate for the past 24 years. An award winner with Beazer Homes for top sales volume, Randy brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to Four Seasons. Up for the adventure of living in Costa Rica, Randy is excited about the energetic real estate market that is burgeoning here.

Randy is also an outdoor enthusiast who is thrilled with the bounty of activities that await him in Costa Rica. He has yet to sample the country’s whitewater rafting, snorkeling, zip lines and hiking, and for good reason: he promised his two daughters ─ Haley (age 12) and Olivia (age 9), who live in Scottsdale ─ that he would wait for their visit this fall before embarking on any excursions without them. “The three of us enjoy all outdoor activities, and so I’m waiting to experience those things for the first time with my girls,” he says.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys cooking, especially Cajun cuisine from his native Louisiana, and scuba diving. He is excited to test the waters off the coast of Costa Rica, having heard that the diving here is among the best in the world.

We invite you to stop by to visit with Richard and Randy to find out the latest news on Four Seasons Residence Club Costa Rica and the growing Peninsula Papagayo region.
