Re: anyone been to this resort? (by Peggy H.):

Dear Peggy, Is there another way to contact you because anyone can go on this site & I prefer to talk via telephone or personal email. I have some questions about the FBI investigation. Thanks

For those of you who feel you have been scammed and lost money you need to make the effort to go to your local FBI office and report your losses. Once the total losses exceed $100,000 from all combined across the US the FBI will proceed. As individuals unless your loss is $100,000 nothing will be done, but as an organized group we can pool our losses and reach the investigation criteria.

Take whatever evidence you may have, make your case and make sure you explain that others across the country are doing this to reach the $100,000. Ask them to make sure your report gets forwarded to the Richmond, Virginia office to the attention of Special Agent Michael R. Schuler.

I will need to know the date of your filing of the complaint, amount and the FBI office you filed your complaint. Your name and contact information is optional, but preferred so I can follow up with the FBI and you.

If you paid with a credit card and have asked them to dispute the charge and lost please let us know the credit card company involved, we may be able to unite against them if satisfaction is not received any other way. No credit card numbers should be provided, just the issuer of the card and card type. There may be a pattern to their denials.
