I also bought the travel vouchers but discovered on a scam website before the 5 days was up and sent a registered letter to their main office in Miami FL -mail returned undeliverable -not known-I did get a call back from a Mark Ruggio after I had sent an email following up my phone call asking for a cancellation -he said he would turn it over to his supervisor Roger Esquivel but of course, I've never heard from him-what has happened to your request?I filed with Prefecto before the 5 days was up also-nothing yet
