Just did on June 24 and have attempted to cancel within the 5 days -I contacted prefecto, called and emailed -got call from a Mark Ruggio who said it would be turned over to his supervisor Roger Esquivel -no response yet also -I sent a return receipt letter to the main office in Miami FL -returned by post office not known, undeliverable - this is Explore Your World -sent email per website info no response there either yet
