I just wanted to update everyone that I fought this purchase with my credit card and won. We purchased from Bahia Turq back in Jan of this year, I went home and found this forum and all if the negative things. I tried booking a trip, got the run around and I also never received log in information to the website within the first 60 days as promised- so I started a dispute with my credit card in early Feb. It took about 7 months, but I was finally granted the money back this week from my credit card. Visa took it all the way to arbitration on my behalf. If you purchased this with your credit card, be sure to file a dispute ASAP, don't give up.
