Not sure if this post was prior, during, or after our resolving the issue with the renters.
There was, indeed, a mix up on our companies part over the type of 2b unit booked and received. We take full responsibility for that and did our best to make things right with our renters.
We gave our renters a substantial upgrade to an Ocean Front villa for their first two nights (regular ocean view was booked), and the remainder of the stay in another Ocean Front villa in the original section and had cooking equipment shipped and delivered to their unit.
Our renters, in this case, were delayed with check-in due to the mix up and our vigorous attempts to remedy the situation amicably, which we did.
We take full responsibility for this extremely rare anomaly given the thousands of rentals we have done over many years. Never the less, no one wants to have any delays or irritation while on vacation.
Again, we take full responsibility and did our best to make things right. That fact, is important to consider when choosing a vendor or taking a chance with an individual who may not be in a position to make things right.
We rent more of these units, around the world, than anyone and will continue to serve and value our customers, giving them the best service and rental deals on the market.
