I am happy to report that my credit card company decided in my favor over this unfortunate purchase, and I finally received my money back last week. It was a long process, and it got denied once, but when August rolled around and there was no sign of any studio units even in the process of being built, I was finally able to win on the fact that they didn't deliver the property I purchased. So, if you purchased a one bedroom or studio, and you paid with a credit card, you still have a chance of recovering your money. If you purchased a two bedroom, then probably not, since they did build those. It's unfortunate that they have been so unscrupulous in selling this property, because it certainly had the potential to be a great place to stay - which is why I fell for their sales tactics in the first place.
