Timeshare Concepts (by Uli H.):
Yes, they are a rip-off group. I was ripped off in an kniving manner. I was called saying they had offers in and that the process to do the sale was it to be handled by Attorney office of Lacy & Snell. They gave me the phone number of 813-389-4360 and case number. I called them and it was answered by a female secretary which then then transfered it to Mr. Lacy. He said that he will send the legal forms to the Tri County Clerk's office for processing and gave me the phone number and extension. He also gave me the File number at the Clerk Office. I called the "Tri County Office" and got a "Try County Clerk Harris" on line. I gave him the file number which he then pulled up and confirmed he had all the info. He was to complete the process and registration of transfer and mail me registered mail the documents for signature. Included in that mail was the check for the sale of the unit which was to be deposited in my account and wait until it has cleared. Once cleared and confirmed I was to notarize the signing of the documents and return by registered mail.
At the same time I was to send $825 via electronic payment to cover the transfer fees to the Attorneys office, Lacy & Snell.
Well the end of the story was the minute they got the money, all phones were disconnected.....and here was another sucker being ripped off. I wish the Federal Trade Commision could catch them.

The rep has given us all kinds of license numbers to verify their legitimacy as well as Better Business Bureau ratings of A+ to BBB. Thanks. Mary
