Most timeshare companies will work with us to let elderly folk out of their contacts . We get folks out every week from their contracts. These elderly folks cannot travel or have a limited income so these timeshare companies have a heart and act like responsible people. Releasing them from the membership. BUT THE BAD TIMESHARE COMPANIES Are heartless. They do not care if an owner has terminal cancer or is in bankruptcy. These BAD timeshare companies tell us they never will let anyone out of their contract. I even have a letter from DIAMOND stating that they WILL NEVER let ANYONE out of their contract. Nice huh?? These are the same type of people that sell timeshares and then have a convenient excuse they are fully booked so an owner cannot use what they paid for. MOST OWNERS will testify that this is true. So HERE IS OUR POSITION. The timeshare companies either work with us to release the clients from old outdated and mis represented contracts, or THESE TIMESHARE COMPANIES GET SUED EVENTUALLY. We don't scare off and we act on behalf of the timeshare owners. Can I be any clearer than this?traudem wrote:Has anyone received a "POSTCARD" from this company?? They offer to get you out of your timeshare, charge up to $2700 and write a letter to the resort and the HOA threatening to file a lawsuit unless the owner is released from the timeshare."This is a demand for you to immediately terminate our client's timeshare ownership etc etc, followed by quoting the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Statutory and Common Law Actions, State Code of Regulations, Discrimination under the FHAA and so on.
Baloney = shill. One more time - If you signed a legally binding contract to buy a timeshare (same as a home, car, boat or any legally binding contract) then there's no entity on earth that can get you out of that contract other than you selling it to a new buyer .... all this scam operation wants is the $2700 then you're history to them.
