Janet thank you for replying. Pls confirm that you were able to cancel your VG contract even months after the rescission due to deceitful business transaction? You stated you had 3 hearings, did you go down to Mexico for these hearings? We had fully paid our contract, part was through Amex bec VG won't allow us to process the whole amount with Amex and the rest our hard-earned money. Please confirm and thanks for your input.
