Aren't these deeded timeshares recorded in the NYC Register of Finance somewhere and we can find all owners there?

We are going to need paid clerical help to contact the owners. Our committee is too small to handle 20,040 owners. Time is important. TMC is trying to settle the AG's case as soon as possible.
