janice, getting your money back??? don't even think about it or bet anything valuable on that premise. it, in my opinion, simply won't happen..............in this lifetime. there might be some kind of monetary settlement, but even that won't come close to matching what you have lost in actual dollars including the lack of accommodations that you paid for but were unable to use. sorry to be the messenger and bearer of bad tidings, but that's the way it is.................UNLESS THE JUDGE ON THE CASE IS A MC SHAREHOLDER...............FAT CHANCE!
