It is very interesting that they are still threatening to foreclose when they have been forbidden from doing so by the NY Attorney General's office. This is very interesting. I've paid my fees so looks like I am stuck I would love to be able to sell this timeshare. The maintenance fees have escalated beyond what I can comfortably pay.
