You cannot rent it out. Interval International (II) and RCI prohibit the renting out of exchanged units. As for the week you have banked, it now belongs to II so it is no longer yours to rent out.

Interval International might have a policy where, for a fee, you can extend the period for you to acquire an exchange for your banked unit. Call and ask.

But do not fall for any of these scams that claim they can rent out your banked or bonus units if you pay an upfront fee.
