it appears "The AG has been mute on" many relevant issues. we need to know where we stand, legally, on several still-unexplained issues. SOME PRACTICAL, FINANCIAL GUIDELINES ARE IMPORTANT TO US TMC OWNERS, MR SCHNEIDERMAN. WE NEED YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE CONCERNING YOUR CASE AGAINST THE MANHATTAN CLUB IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCEED WITHOUT PENALTY.
