I have a pacer account and this case is dismissed for not filing schedules, her attorney filed a motion to reinstate and we have until March 20th to file objections,,no worries there. I am watching this through Pacer every day so if any one wants a document or something let me know. File your objection to reinstatement due to fraudulent activity and state why it was fraudulent. Make two copies and send to the court certify mail receipt with an envelope self addressed and stamped so they can return your copies. Then do a motion to appear telephonically for the hearing.

I phoned the Trustee but he was in court and the person answering his phone would not provide any information. Told me to call back between 8:00 am and 8:30 am If I needed to speak to him. Was hoping to speak to him tomorrow. Was there an actual discharge filed? Anyone have a Pacer account they can check?
