I have stopped paying the maintenance fees, did not pay for 2014 nor do I plan to pay for 2015. I paid cash for my timeshare. I plan to see what happens with the AG's investigation which may take many months to come to its conclusion. If there is nothing gained for the timeshare owners then i am considering to give back my share with a Quick Claim Deed.
