We have been owners for 12 years and to begin with it was really easy to get a reservation. We have 7 separate nights, as we live in NJ we can go to the theater,opera,concert etc and stay the night, which is ideal. The problems in getting the night we wanted didn't start until about 2007-8 but by putting ourselves on the waiting list and ringing constantly we usually managed to get a night. In 2010,11,12 it got worse and we could not get a reservation hardly at all and could not use all our nights. What happened, did they oversell? Having looked at the budget for 2015, in which all the different phases of growth are described I would say YES as they have sold all the of the interests i.e. all 1/52 interests for every unit/room. This is despite the fact that they had all signed rental contracts with various organisations in fact they say in the budget report that "they will allocate approximately 1,000 fewer room nights to the Transient Income sector in 2015 which is projected to generate about $5,200,471 for 2014" So how many nights have the sold upfront? Also we have never seen any report of how much the total sales revenue for the units has been and how much profit the sales have generated. Does anyone have those figures?
