The N.Y.A.G. represents New York state & it's citizens. I believe everyone else should be filing their complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. On their web site (FTC.Gov) the F.T.C. states their mission is to "Prevent business practices that are anticompetitive or deceptive to consumers". I think we should all send to the F.T.C. copies of the complaint that we originally sent to the N.Y.A.G. I am a resident of both NY state and Pa. and that is what I am doing. The F.T.C. should be made aware of the deception at the point of sale, (such as not telling us about the hotel using up all the available time) and the anticompetitive action at our attempts at resale, (that is their "right of 1st refusal" and their unwillingness to use their sales dep't to resell units in return for a sales commission).
